Chintimba Camp on Lake Malawi

This morning looked to be a continuation of the rain pattern we have had form the last week and a half, but the storm blew south on the lake and a nice dry breeze replaced the storm.

This is the dirt road up to Livingstonia. I hiked part way up to road this morning. The round trip is about 34 kilometers.

In camp there were several birds, flowers, and other nice things.

This is a Southern Cordon Bleu.

This guy hiding in the bush is a White-browed Coucal.

Can't i.d. this guy.

This is the sign greeting me when I returned to camp from a hike to the local village.
