Zanzibar

Fresh warm ocean breezes again! It is Zanzibar and I can blog again using a feed from one of the near by consulate. The winding streets here in Old Stone Town are full of spice smells.











I sat at Livingston Bar for a while drinking a Tusker while watching the local ferry loading techniques.








These are two wheel drive vehicles being loaded from a deep soft sand beach manually.
Some of the older building from the sultanates are still being used for government, restaurants, and retail shops.
